How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Open the VectorDating app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to "Account"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select VectorDating
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your data at any time. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.
What is the Text Assistant feature?
The Text Assistant helps you craft better messages on dating apps. Simply:
- Create a new conversation session
- Add context (conversation screenshots, profile info, etc.)
- Input the conversation messages
- Get 3 AI-generated reply suggestions with reasoning
Can I upload photos of my matches?
You can upload photos for context, but you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any photos containing other individuals. Please review our Terms of Service for full details on your responsibilities.
What languages are supported?
VectorDating supports multiple languages including English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Spanish, and more. You can select your preferred language in the app settings.
Is there a free version?
Yes! VectorDating offers a free plan with limited daily usage so you can try our features. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access to all features including unlimited response generation, attraction analysis, and opener generation.
How accurate is the AI?
VectorDating uses advanced AI (powered by Google Gemini) to generate suggestions. However, AI-generated content may contain errors or biases. Always use your own judgment and consider the context of your specific situation. Our AI provides suggestions, not guarantees of dating success.
